1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Scope

United Packers and Movers Hyderabad provides relocation services including:

  • Household shifting

  • Office relocation

  • Vehicle transportation (car/bike)

  • Local and intercity moving

  • Storage and warehousing

The exact services rendered depend on the package and agreement signed at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through phone, email, or our website.

  • A booking confirmation will be provided upon acceptance.

  • Full or partial payment must be made before the commencement of the move, depending on the agreed terms.

  • Accepted modes of payment: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and other modes as agreed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the move are non-refundable.

  • In case of rescheduling, we will try our best to accommodate your request, but it is subject to availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the goods to be moved, including the size, weight, and special handling requirements.

  • Ensure accessibility for pickup and delivery locations (e.g., parking, elevators).

  • Pack any valuable or fragile items securely if not opting for full-service packing.

6. Liability

  • We take utmost care in handling your goods. However, United Packers and Movers Hyderabad is not liable for any damages due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or third-party issues.

  • Customers are advised to take insurance for high-value items if necessary.

7. Insurance

  • Insurance coverage is optional and can be arranged upon request.

  • Insurance claims, if any, must be filed directly with the insurance provider. We assist in the process but are not responsible for the outcome.

8. Prohibited Items

You are not allowed to include any of the following in your move:

  • Hazardous materials or explosives

  • Perishable items

  • Cash, jewelry, or other high-value personal items

  • Illegal or stolen goods

9. Delays and Force Majeure

We strive to provide on-time service, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by such events.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.

11. Modifications

United Packers and Movers Hyderabad reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
